As the firm’s director of office leasing and construction, JT Hammett is responsible for the management and oversight of the firmwide office lease portfolio, lease administration and improvement projects. Working with the firm’s chief operating officer and consulting brokers, he oversees the negotiations for the firm’s leases and related vendors for the portfolio. JT has special expertise in work letter provisions, project and budget management, bid analysis, FF&E installations, technology and network integrations, office moves and decommissioning.
Previously, JT was an associate director and project manager with a global real estate brokerage firm where he served a wide range of clients in the technology, oil and gas, hospitality and legal industries. He also has aerospace expertise as well as experience with the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy.
