Starting his practice in 1997, for nearly 30 years, Arthur Zorio has been representing clients in matters involving complex business, commercial and intellectual property matters. He has taken cases through trial and appeal litigating in state and federal courts in Nevada, California and numerous other jurisdictions where he has been granted authority to practice pro hac vice. His nearly three decades of litigation experience includes claims involving complex business and commercial disputes, trademark infringement, unfair competition, false advertising, false designation or origin, reverse trademark infringement, entertainment, trade secret, right of publicity, patent infringement, copyright infringement, shareholder disputes, usurpation of corporate opportunity, and non-disclosure and non-competition agreements.
Clients often seek out Arthur to provide advice to protect intellectual property involving trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, patent, and copyrights, including development of appropriate agreements in complex transactions and other protection and enforcement strategies. He has served as an arbitrator and has been sought after to help resolve complex disputes.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Arthur was a partner at Watson Rounds, a firm Brownstein acquired in 2015. A native of Reno with long-standing family roots in Nevada, he is active in Rotary and also enjoys fishing, hunting, skiing and mountaineering.
