Alicia represents private and public entities with all aspects of land use and development including due diligence, constraints analysis, project design, project management, conservation planning, habitat restoration, environmental review, permitting and conditions compliance. Alicia has extensive experience in both public and private sectors of planning in Santa Barbara County and has worked on a variety of land use projects throughout California.
Alicia has used her extensive experience to assist clients with navigating the California Environmental Quality Act, Subdivision Map Act, Coastal Zone entitlements and Conservation Easements for agricultural and natural resources. This experience, combined with her professionalism, relationships with key staff in local public agencies and vast understanding of the local and California land use framework, make her a valuable asset to the firm and to our clients. Alicia is a certified land use planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
