Background

A problem-solver with deep interpersonal skills, Bonnie Goergen is an HR generalist with a successful track record streamlining processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing implementation of new policies and procedures. With Brownstein since 2004, Bonnie supports a wide range of the firm’s functions in all locations, including employee relations, hybrid work policies, benefits, payroll, workers’ compensation, ADA and FMLA, performance evaluations, diversity, compensation and HRIS. 

Prior to joining the firm, Bonnie was the human resources and payroll manager at First Energy Services in Littleton, Colorado, and prior to that, was director of club relations at Ports of Call Travel Club in Denver. She was also previously an assistant vice president and director of HR at Madison Capital Resources and the North American human resources manager for Language Management International, both in Englewood, Colorado. Her experience includes building HR teams, streamlining payroll and record-keeping programs, designing employee benefit programs and administering a multi-state payroll program, among others.
