Ginger Andersen brings 18 years of experience and deep regulatory insights to her work guiding clients through all manner of inland and coastal land development projects, both public and private. Clients benefit from her substantial knowledge of the local, state and federal regulatory frameworks and environmental review processes including the Subdivision Map Act and California Environmental Quality Act. Her experience and relationships span numerous jurisdictions across California and the Western U.S.
From project goal formulation through construction, Ginger plays any number of vital roles depending on client- and project-specific needs, including feasibility studies and due diligence, regulatory research and critical issues analyses, entitlement strategy and coordination, condition compliance and project management.
She utilizes her deep industry connections and leverages her considerable relationships and problem-solving skills to help clients achieve their goals.
Project types include, single- and multi-family residential, coastal estate development, agricultural, land divisions, lot line adjustments, battery energy storage systems, public utility, resort hotel, emergency permits, camps and recreation facilities, and more.
Ginger is a certified planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners and is on the City and Regional Planning Alumni Committee (CiRPAC) at Cal Poly, SLO.
