With more than a decade of experience in strategic Big Law business development, Melissa Santiago drives Brownstein’s client acquisition and marketing initiatives for a variety of practices and industry groups at the firm. She also oversees business development strategies and works with her practice groups to identify opportunities for collaboration across the firm. With a focus on pitching and presentations, Melissa enjoys coaching attorneys to tell their story in a way that resonates with clients and prospects.
Prior to Brownstein, Melissa worked in similar business development roles at Proskauer Rose and Fried Frank, both international AmLaw 100 firms based in New York City.
