Samantha Sewell leads the firm’s staff recruitment and retention efforts across 13 regional offices. In addition to finding top talent for staff positions, she also focuses on the onboarding experience and professional development for the firm’s newest hires.
Samantha has worked in the firm’s human resources department for five years, where she has been involved in a number of projects to enhance firm culture and wellness. Prior to joining the firm, Samantha worked in retail management, where she owned the entire talent life cycle and honed her skills for finding and retaining talent.
