Tarah Bailey brings a high level of legal writing and research skills to her real estate practice, where her practice includes land use, zoning and entitlements, infill development, public financing, planned community, commercial and multi-family development, private membership clubs, hotels, golf courses and ski resorts. She is a skilled negotiator and public speaker.
Tarah’s work also includes broad-based transactional work, including development, acquisitions/dispositions, and leasing. With a knack for cultivating relationships and achieving results, Tarah guides clients through all facets of complex real estate transactions and land use.
Before joining Brownstein, Tarah served as an appellate law clerk to the Hon. Michael D. Wilson of the Supreme Court of Hawaii, where she published appellate opinions and dissents for a broad range of criminal and civil cases and researched various complex state and federal legal issues. She also has prior experience working as a law clerk for an environmental nonprofit organization and at a Denver-based firm, assessing legal issues regarding real estate, bankruptcy, construction and business law.
During law school, she served as vice president of her class and was a staff writer for the Colorado Natural Resources, Energy & Environmental Law Review.
