Nicholas Moore brings a well of problem-solving skills and deep research capabilities to his corporate law practice.
Nicholas was formerly a summer associate with the firm and a law clerk with Crow Legal, gaining skills surrounding business formation and other corporate law issues. While in law school, he also served as a student attorney with the Community Economic Development Clinic at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he advised a nonprofit focused on developing entrepreneurs in underserved communities and a health care startup. He also was a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Prior to law school, Nicholas worked in IT sales for a Fortune 200 company.
