Dalton Sprinkle has over 25 years of experience representing companies and investors in a wide range of transactions, including venture capital financings, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, joint ventures and restructurings. He regularly advises clients engaged in transactions that involve sophisticated tax structuring, regulated industries and cross-border issues. His clients operate in various industries, including solar energy and renewables, software, ecommerce, real estate, biotech, gaming, telecommunications, banking and finance, and cannabis.

Dalton offers a unique perspective to his clients, having spent approximately one-third of his career as general counsel and a board member for several early-stage and publicly traded companies, where he led complex M&A, financing and restructuring transactions. Dalton knows firsthand what his clients are experiencing as they navigate transformative deals, because he has been the client and worked those transactions as part of the executive team. He developed his bedrock skills working at some of the world’s largest law firms, including Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP and Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP. Additionally, Dalton has served as an adjunct professor of law at California Western School of Law.
