Her work covers the full scope of middle market commercial debt transactions. This includes acquisition financing, first lien/second lien structures, asset-based credit facilities, and debtor-in-possession arrangements. In her lending practice, she represents traditional banks and direct lenders in their capacities as sole lender, lead agent or syndicate lender. On the borrower side, she has experience working with equity sponsors and businesses at every stage of their development.
