A passionate advocate and skilled legal writer, Morgan Parsons brings deep research and analytical skills to her corporate practice.
Prior to joining Brownstein, Morgan served as a research assistant for the University of Colorado Law School, interpreting the impacts of Congress’ Health and Location Data Protection Act of 2022, and as a student attorney for the Sustainable Community Development Clinic. She also served as a law clerk for the Colorado Legal Defense Group, where she composed legal memoranda and briefing and filed motions in intentional tort cases.
