With a background in mechanical engineering Patricia Rodriguez provides critical intellectual property and technical insights to clients. She conducts legal research as well as drafting and editing briefs, claims and other filings.
Patricia was a student attorney at the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic at University of Colorado Boulder. In this position she prepared and defended patent claims. She was also a student attorney at the University of Colorado’s Appellate practicum, where she argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and prepared the opening and reply brief for an issue in the case. Prior to law school, Patricia was as an engineer with TechnipFMC where she was involved in pipeline design, and fabrication and installation of pipeline appurtenances.
