Zach handles every component of the deal with significant experience negotiating complex agreements, managing due diligence, assisting with corporate structuring, coordinating financing and facilitating closing. Whether his client is an institutional investor acquiring a portfolio of multifamily properties or a restaurant tenant negotiating a lease for 1,500-square-feet of space, Zach utilizes his expertise to navigate his clients through every step of a transaction.
