She calls upon her over two decades of experience to provide strategic political law counsel on wide range of federal and state laws governing interactions with public officials and candidates, including federal and state campaign finance and election laws, federal and state ethics rules, lobbying disclosure and reporting, Foreign Agents Registration Act compliance and pay-to-play rules. Beth has guided industry leaders on compliance issues at all levels of the federal government and in all 50 states. Additionally, Beth delivers a full range of legal services to 501(c)(3) public charities and private foundations, 501(c)(4) and 501(c)(6) entities.
Beth began her career in the public sector working for the Republican National Committee and then the National Republican Congressional Committee on issues including campaign finance and congressional ethics rules. She also worked in the executive branch with the Federal Election Commission and the Environmental Protection Agency, providing advice and assistance with agency matters relating to rulemaking, policy opinions and congressional oversight.
