Greg Brower combines his experience as an executive with a worldwide gaming company, Nevada’s top federal prosecutor, FBI senior executive, Inspector General for the U.S. Government Publishing Office and 30 years as a first-chair trial and appellate lawyer to help clients navigate federal and state investigations and regulatory matters, high-stakes litigation and crisis management. This rare combination of experience allows Greg to provide insights from not only the c-suite, but also the legal, regulatory and policy perspective. Greg, who serves as co-chair of the firm's Government Investigations & White Collar Defense practice group, has extensive knowledge on matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the False Claims Act (FCA), the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and with U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and federal Inspector General (OIG) investigations generally.
Most recently, Greg’s served as a corporate compliance officer responsible for developing and managing the company’s code of business conduct and ethics and anticorruption policy, conducting internal investigations and leading anti-money laundering compliance.
As a senior FBI executive, Greg worked closely with high-ranking DOJ officials, the U.S. intelligence community and key leaders on Capitol Hill. As U.S. Attorney for the District of Nevada, Greg supervised all federal criminal and civil litigation, including appeals, within the district. At the state level, Greg was an elected member during five regular Nevada Legislature sessions, where he was chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
