Nicole draws on diverse experience navigating complicated development and land use issues, to ensure her clients across the nation—from resorts and second-home communities to mixed-use projects and recreational developments—meet their business goals. Previously, she served as the chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department as well as its Hospitality, Resort & Recreation industry group. In 2018, Nicole was named one of Bisnow’s Denver Power Women for having a significant impact on the business and commercial real estate industries, and helping propel cities and communities forward.
