Background

Rosa Baum provides an extensive background in policy and legal strategy that makes her a vital member of the Litigation Department. She represents clients throughout the litigation process as well as before regulatory bodies in the context of administrative processes and investigations. In her litigation practice, Rosa focuses on general commercial litigation, antitrust and securities litigation. Her regulatory practice includes drafting comment letters and amici briefs, particularly in conjunction with Brownstein’s financial services team, as well as conducting internal investigations.

Before joining Brownstein, Rosa clerked for the Colorado Supreme Court. She also has worked in the office of Sen. Michael Bennett (D-CO), serving as a legal fellow to consult on antitrust and immigration policy, and in the Colorado governor’s office during the 2018-2019 transition, providing analysis on tax code changes. She also spent time with the New York State Office of the Attorney General, conducting legal research and writing memoranda
