Darcy’s expertise is in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and she prides herself on creative problem-solving for clients. She enjoys working with companies across a range of industries, from technology to software to consumer goods, as well as early stage companies.
Darcy started her legal career as a transactional lawyer at a large, international firm in Boston, transitioned to a smaller corporate practice in Denver, and worked for several years as in-house counsel at Leprino Foods Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of mozzarella cheese. With significant experience as both in-house and external counsel, Darcy provides multifaceted and insightful counsel.
