Working with some of the most recognized real estate names in Denver, Andi Stader primarily focuses her practice on development projects, but also has extensive experience in lending work. She assists developer clients with everything from acquisitions to entitlements, development of a site to the sale of the asset. Andi also works with lender clients across the country on loan originations, refinancings and workouts.
Andi has experience with the development of most asset classes, but in particular with multifamily, industrial, mixed use, transit-oriented and master planned projects. She is well versed in the real estate loan process, from diligencing loan assets, negotiating loan documents and closing loan transactions, to handling post-closing matters. Her lending practice covers asset types ranging from hospitality, office, industrial, retail, mixed use and multifamily.
Prior to joining the firm, Andi was a global finance and debt services associate at Alston & Bird, LLP in Charlotte, N.C., where she represented lenders, master servicers and special servicers in securitized loan transactions. In law school, she gained international legal experience in Sierra Leone and Belgium. Andi is also active in pro bono legal service and a long-time volunteer for organizations promoting outdoor causes, environmental conservation and rock climbing education, such as the Colorado Outward Bound School, as well as for the Susan G.
