My career has entwined me with Colorado’s executions and death row inmates in unexpected ways. Ultimately my mind has changed as I’ve witnessed the flaws of a system that has killed at least one innocent man; at best been applied with inconsistency and worst been applied with prejudice, and has wasted millions of taxpayer dollars.
