Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Adam Agron, shareholder and firm co-managing partner, is the 2015 recipient of the Jewish Family Service (JFS) of Colorado’s Kal Zeff Business Leader of the Year Award.
“Thank you for this incredible recognition,” Agron said. “I am honored to be part of an organization that, with compassion and dignity, provides critical resources to those who need it most in our community. The dedication and passion within Jewish Family Service serve as inspiration to all of us in Colorado.”
JFS is a nonprofit organization providing mental-health counseling, senior and adult in-home care, disability and employment services and family safety-net services to anyone in need in Colorado regardless of race, faith, age, income or ability. Agron currently serves on the JFS Board of Directors.
As co-managing partner, Agron focuses on strengthening the firm’s core values and key practice areas. He is also a shareholder in the Denver office and a member of Brownstein’s Corporate & Business Department, representing private and public companies, private equity firms, and entrepreneurs in a diverse set of transformative transactions ranging in size from less than $100 million to in excess of $1 billion, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, leveraged and management buy-out transactions, recapitalizations, minority investments and joint ventures.
Agron accepted this honor at the Real Hope 2015 fundraiser on December 10. For more information, visit jewishfamilyservice.org.
