Law Week Colorado has named Brownstein’s Elizabeth Paulsen as one of its 2017 Top Women Lawyer honorees. Law Week Colorado’s Top Women Lawyers recognizes Colorado’s leading female attorneys in their respective areas of practice.
Elizabeth, a shareholder in the firm’s Denver office, is a former co-chair of the firm’s Corporate and Business Department and currently serves on the firm’s Executive Committee.
“Elizabeth exemplifies Brownstein’s commitment to excellence and this can be seen through her groundbreaking client work in the energy and gaming industries and her dedication to the advancement of women in law,” said Adam Agron, Brownstein’s managing partner. “Earlier this year, Elizabeth was elected to the firm’s Executive Committee and will help guide the strategic direction of the firm as we head into our next 50 years.”
Her practice concentrates on the areas of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience representing public and private companies, private equity funds, sponsors and entrepreneurs in a wide range of transactions, with a particular focus on negotiating complex joint venture arrangements across numerous industries.
