Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Jason Larkin has joined the firm’s Corporate & Business Department as of counsel in its Denver office.
Larkin’s practice focuses on finance transactions with an emphasis on secured and unsecured commercial loan and credit transactions, including cross-border financings, acquisition finance, leveraged buy-out transactions, asset-based finance and project finance. In addition, Larkin has prior experience in the renewable energy and public-private partnership infrastructure sectors.
“Jason’s experience will bring breadth and depth to our Corporate Finance Group, enhancing our work on behalf of banks and other financial institutions, borrowers and private equity sponsors,” said Mike King, chair of Brownstein’s Corporate & Business Department. “His expertise and talent will serve as a great asset to our clients.”
Larkin received his JD from the New York University School of Law and two BA degrees from Utah State University.
