As COO, Mica leads the administrative and operational functions of the firm including administration, business development/marketing, communications, human resources, information technology, professional development and recruiting. With a background in law firm leadership and deep industry expertise, she works directly with Rich Benenson, the firm’s managing partner, and the Executive Committee to oversee operational and administrative processes.
In its profile, Law Week Colorado, highlighted Mica and her efforts leading and shaping the firm’s COVID-19 response plan, pandemic recruiting efforts, new wellness programs and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
