Nick Larson, a shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Real Estate Department, was recognized by BizWest as a 2023 Boulder Valley 40 Under Forty honoree. Every year, the publication celebrates 40 emerging business leaders in Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado who are under 40 years of age and making a mark on their communities through professional success and volunteer activities.
With a focus on ground-up development, Larson centers his transactional real estate practice on the interplay between private development and public construction/works contracts. He has extensive experience representing developers, equity investors and institutional lenders in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors of Upstate Colorado Economic Development and provides pro bono legal representation to the Boulder Jewish Community Center.
Larson was honored at the 2023 Northern Colorado 40 Under Forty awards event on Sept. 27.
