Amalia Sax-Bolder, a bankruptcy and restructuring shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Department, has been selected for the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 2023 Class of 40 Under 40. Every year, the organization honors top industry professionals across the nation under the age of 40 who demonstrate remarkable ability, leadership and achievement in the bankruptcy and insolvency community. The award also recognized Sax-Bolder’s leadership, pro bono service and contributions to the legal community.
With experience representing clients in a variety of distressed situations, Sax-Bolder guides a diverse set of clients in her bankruptcy and restructuring practice. She maintains an active Chapter 11 debtor practice and also represents lenders, purchasers, secured creditors, strategic investors and trustees in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies, receiverships and foreclosures. She is a skilled litigator and frequently represents clients in adversary proceedings and arbitrations, relief from stay matters and property turnover disputes.
Sax-Bolder will be recognized at a special ceremony to be held this December at the 2023 ABI Winter Leadership Conference.
