Caitlin Quander, a shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Real Estate Department, was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as one of its 2023 Outstanding Women in Business honorees. Now in its 25th year, the Outstanding Women in Business event annually recognizes women in Denver’s business community who are driving change, earning admiration, inspiring the community and delivering results.
With an emphasis on land use and entitlements, Quander’s practice spans all areas of real estate development including acquisitions and dispositions, zoning and development as well as serving as special and general counsel to various governmental and quasi-governmental entities. Working primarily on Colorado projects, she regularly interfaces with local municipalities and agencies. Quander advises clients on development and entitlement matters related to land use, including zoning due diligence, development agreements and intergovernmental agreements.
Quander is also an active member of the real estate community in Denver, serving as president of the board of directors of NAIOP Colorado and chair of the Denver Planning Board.
