Chris Frahm, a shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Natural Resources Department, was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as a Top 50 Women of Influence 50 Over 50 honoree.
Frahm skillfully navigates legal, political and business challenges to ensure water agency and utility infrastructure projects are successful and sustainable. She works closely with key policy leaders and legislative decision-makers to develop and implement public policy-based solutions that meet her clients’ water, energy and infrastructure needs while mitigating risk in an ever-changing political, financial and legal landscape.
A trailblazer in her legal practice, Frahm also makes it a priority to serve as a leader at the firm and in the industry. She frequently speaks before a wide variety of professional and community forums, including public agencies and local ratepayer groups, on the subject of water reliability and rates, water distribution system access, underserved communities and other current water law and public policy issues.
Frahm was featured in the publication’s March 27 issue. She will be honored at a ceremony on April 25.
