Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck welcomes Evan Leitch to the firm as a shareholder in the firm’s Denver office. Leitch will focus on advising clients on corporate transactions.

With nearly 15 years of experience, Leitch handles complex private and public mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and private equity transactions. He advises clients across a range of industries on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, divestitures, reorganizations, private equity, growth equity and venture capital investments, formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, securities offerings and shareholder activism and defense. He also provides strategic and corporate governance counsel to clients and advises issuers and investors on SEC reporting and compliance.
Leitch received his bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.
