Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck welcomes Ross Crown to the firm as of counsel in its Albuquerque office. Crown will focus on government contracts and commercial litigation.
“Ross is a great addition to our New Mexico litigation team and adds expertise in the area of government contracts in New Mexico and at the federal level,” said Carrie Johnson, co-chair of Brownstein’s Litigation Department.
Crown’s government contracts practice consists of both transactional and litigation matters concerning federal and New Mexico state and local acquisitions. His practice covers every phase of the procurement process from the issuance of solicitations through preparation of proposals, award, protests, contract administration, and termination or completion. He works with contractors and subcontractors in a variety of industries, including: aerospace, aviation, construction, directed energy, optics, nuclear research and development, and facility management, maintenance and security. Crown represents clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts in New Mexico. He litigates at both trial and appellate levels with a focus on contract actions, construction disputes, professional liability, business torts and insurance coverage/bad faith cases.
Crown received his bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Michigan.
