A certified information privacy professional, he uses his inhouse experience serving as a data protection officer and an incident response team member to provide AI, cybersecurity and privacy guidance to his clients. His work includes AI, cybersecurity and privacy compliance; incident response counseling; and negotiating AI, privacy and security agreements, such as data protection agreements and data protection impact assessments. He also provides technical license review and analysis, and is a member of the Brownstein Crisis Management Group.
