Avi Loewenstein, a shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Corporate & Business Department, was recognized as one of ColoradoBiz magazine’s 2023 GenXYZ Top 25 Young Professionals. The publication annually honors individuals in Colorado who make a difference professionally and within their communities.
Loewenstein represents private equity funds, entrepreneurs, family offices and private companies in a variety of complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity and minority investments, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters. He has extensive experience in various matters involving Colorado and Delaware limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations, including rendering advice as to matters of state law with respect to the formation, operation and dissolution of limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations.
In addition to his legal practice, he is an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado Law School, where he teaches courses on mergers and acquisitions and advises the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. He also serves as a board member for the Young Americans Center for Financial Education.
